30 Day Returns & Exchanges
Within 30 days of the purchase of your order, you may return any product purchased from SnowGeek.com 100% unused and in its original condition for credit or exchange.
Please fill out the Snowgeek.com Exchange/Return form and include it with the prody you are shipping back. Please write the reason for the return. Let us know if you prefer a charge back (to the card originally used), an exchange, or a Gift Certificate.
If you're exchanging, let us know what you'd like by filling out the information in the exchange prody fields. Please use care when packing and sealing your returns (use the original packaging..green is good) and include the refund/exchange form.
Packages must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
For your protection, please use UPS, Fed Ex or Insured Parcel Post for shipment.
Processing your return or exchange can take 2 to 3 weeks. If you need your prody sooner, please call Customer Service to make special arrangements.
All credits will be placed on the credit card used for the original purchase.
Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Backordered items will be shipped as soon as they become available.
Items on backorder will not be charged to your account until they are shipped.
